To find the embed code on youtube:
Click the Share link under the video.
Click the Embed link.
Copy the code provided in the expanded box and paste it into your message.
To find the embed code on vimeo:
Go to the video page and click the Share button that appears when you hover your mouse over the video player.
In the pop-up window, you’ll see a field containing embed code for the video. Copy this code and paste it into your message.
